Due to the nature of our product (food supplement / consumable), refunds are offered only under specific conditions.

Refund Approval & Processing

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part

Replacement Policy (Preferred Option)

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, especially for:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items

Replacement shipments are processed at no additional cost.
